He was totally helpful with selling my home, figuring out how much to ask for it so I could buy my next place, helping me move, even advertising extra furniture which was sold and given away to make room in our new home. We chose to make an offer on a home with a complicated set of sale contingencies due to it being a probate sale in California. We further complicated it by choosing to use a VA mortgage. No one could have supported us in all of this better than Mark Adams did. He got right on researching and becoming an expert in the issues surrounding our property and in CA probate RE sale issues. He stayed in touch with the agent and the lawyers representing the sale. He touched base with the law department at his firm and got their input. Mark stayed in touch with us always advising us to be cautious and helping us to double-check every possible problem. Mark also did a wonderful job selling our home for us last year. Mark Adams was a tireless worker and not only listed the property which is expected but he was most helpful in preparing the property ready for sale by doing lots of the small handywork in between the contractors for repairs, installations and pest control etc.
